Q: Can you shoot my product at my location / warehouse / home?
A: Yes, I can set up anywhere. My portable studio requires very little space.
 

Q: Is retouching included in the rates?
A: Yes, retouching is always included unless you specify otherwise.

Q: How fast can I expect to receive my images after the shoot?
A: Depending on the volume of images and amount of retouching, as soon as two days.

Q: Will I receive all the images from the shoot?
A: Yes, you'll receive a DVD including your retouched images and the raw shoot files.

Q: Will you work with my graphic designer?
A: Yes, I am happy to communicate with your graphic designer.

Q: I need 'web' and 'print' resolutions of my images. Can I get both?
A: Yes, I always provide both 72dpi ( web ) and 300dpi ( print ) versions of retouched images.

Q: Who owns the images after the shoot?
A: You do.
 

Q: Can  you help me find models or stylists for my product shoot?
A: Yes, I'm happy to help you find the perfect talent for your shoot.
